Slow and connective full body massage using compressive effleurage among other techniques such as deep tissue unwinding, cranial-sacral massage, and more.
Therapeutic Massage
$160 - 90 minutes A therapeutic treatment for your aches and pains using deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and structural integration techniques.
30-Minute Focus Massage
$60 - 30 minutes Headache? Low back pain? Sore shoulder? Let's get into what's ailing you. Either Relaxation or Therapeutic work, upgrade to 60 minute available.
Lymphatic Massage
$120 - 60 minutes
Along with being very relaxing, the goal of this treatment is to aid our body in the management of inflammation and swelling from injury, illness, chronic condition, surgery, and more.
Cranial Sacral Massage
$160 - 90 minutes
Cranial sacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine for deep relaxation and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system.

I’ve always had a passion for learning and decoding the mysteries of how our body, mind, and soul interact with the world around us.
My journey into the healing arts began in 2010 with 200 hours of yoga teacher training and three levels of Reiki attunement, and has culminated in the graduation from the 1,200-hour Healing Mountain Massage program as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist.
