Therapeutic Massage: What to Expect

A therapeutic treatment for your aches and pains using deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and structural integration techniques. Your participation in this treatment is vital to producing lasting results, but your discomfort is not!

The main goals of this treatment are to draw awareness into the body, encourage the softening of tissues, and bring about a gentle curiosity of how our body interacts with the world around us.

60-minute massage: $120
90-minute massage: $160
110-minute massage: $200

All massages come with complimentary aromatherapy, sweets, and either water or seltzer water.
