Cranial Sacral Massage: What to Expect

Cranial sacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Our goal is to gently interact with craniosacral rhythm, the pulse of cerebrospinal fluid production flowing around our brain and spinal cord.

Though some in the scientific community still debate the fundamental theories behind the creation of this treatment, the results are undeniable: deep relaxation and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system.

60-minute massage: $120
90-minute massage: $160

All massages come with complimentary aromatherapy, sweets, and either water or seltzer water.
